| Purpose: To demonstrate the operation of the Mayan Calendar. |
| How it works: The visitor cranks the handle in either direction and in doing so turns the large gears at the left of the display. As the gears turn the images on the 14 video monitors on the right of the display move in the direction and velocity proportional to the rotating gears. On the far roght of the display two LED display signs display both the Mayan date and the equivalent Gregorian date. |
